90 Day Limited Warranty

Apex expresses a 90 Day limited warranty, this warranty covers all factory equipment supplied by and installed by Icon MFG and all of its options that are said forth in the list attached excluding (tires and or any other items that were not supplied by Icon MFG or added on by purchaser). This warranty is void and does not cover any equipment or trailer do to mishandling of the cart or improper use, or in the case of an accident and this is to the discretion of Icon MFG. Icon MFG does not and will not reimburse lost moneys to purchaser due to lost time or down time due to warranty claims. All claims must be reported on day of failure, shipping or transport cost of equipment to and from the manufacturing plant of Icon MFG in Abbotsford BC Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser . Icon MFG does not assume or authorize any other persons to repair or alter the produces said forth. Icon MFG, don’t assume any liability in connection with the sale of the Equipment.

This is a non-transferable warranty.

Warranty takes effect on the date of delivery.
